Will you deliver an order by a specific
date?
Yes, but any exclusive requests – whether
near or distant future - must be
specified in the "Special Instructions"
section of the Shopping Cart. All
standard
orders are shipped within 48 hours
of receipt via regular mail. If you
need to expedite an order via overnight
shipping it will incur additional
shipping charges. If you wish to
have an order held for a particular
date in the future, we can do that
too. All online orders will be confirmed

How
secure is the online shopping cart?
We are always concerned about safety
and security for our customers.
As a result, we have put a number
of
technological protections in place
to ensure that our transaction
process is extremely safe and that
our customers'
information is secure.
Can you
bill me but ship the CDs to an
alternate address?
Of course! Simply select the different
ship to or "gift" section of the
Shopping Cart and we’ll
take care of the rest. We’ll
also include a gift card if you
like at
no additional charge.
How do I order
autographed versions of the CDs?
We are pleased to send autographed
CDs, and in fact Gary will sign
it personally to a first name if
you
wish. Please be aware that the
shrink-wrapping will be removed
in order to do so.
To request autographed versions,
simply make your request in the
"Special Instructions" section
of the Shopping Cart.
Do you ship
worldwide?
We do ship worldwide, but we encourage
customers outside the U.S. to place
their orders via Amazon.com, CDBaby.com,
or iMusicStage.com.
If I provide
you with my email address, will
it be shared with
anyone?
Absolutely not! We know that you
care about how information about
you is used and shared, and we
appreciate the trust that you place
in us. You
are the most important part of
our business, and we are not in
the business
of selling or trading information
about you to others. Please see

How long does it take
to produce a single recording?
A single, high-quality, artistic
recording takes anywhere from 10
months to 2 years to produce from
concept to disc. It is a highly-involved,
multi-level process with thousands
of artistic decisions to be made
and executed.
How often do you
release new recordings?
Gary releases a new recording approximately
every 2 years. To receive new release
announcements, simply complete
the Contact Form with your request.

Will The Schnitzer Ensemble
perform in a private home?
The Schnitzer Ensemble – whether
duo, trio or quartet – is
available for all social and business
occasions
with the exception of wedding ceremonies.
